A major new worldwide survey into serviced apartment industry trends is being carried out one of the major players.

The Apartment Service – the largest booking agent for worldwide serviced apartments – is sponsoring the report which is to be produced by Travel Intelligence Network.

“This will be the first global survey of its kind, highlighting the current key, worldwide providers, explaining the various property options in the sector, discussing inventory availability, investigating corporate buyers and agents’ needs, commenting on the sector’s history and looking at its future direction,” said The Apartment Service managing director Charles McCrow.

“We are looking to everyone in the industry to have the opportunity to contribute.”

Survey participants will be eligible for a free download of the Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report 2008/09, due out this September.
