My client is looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, exceptional communication skills and experience in either leisure or retail travel with a desire to progress in to business travel.
As a junior business travel consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Answering calls and dealing with queries on email
* Making flight, hotel and rail reservations for corporate clients
* Supporting the other business travel consultants
* Helping with any problems your client may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the entire process
Junior Business Travel Consultant – what are they looking for?
* Some experience of air/hotel/rail bookings
* Good geographical knowledge
* Excellent numerical and literacy skills
* Be able to work well under pressure
* Good communication skills - verbal and written
* Exceptional approach to customer service
* Attention to detail
