Global travel organisation and a leader in its products are looking for a Sales Support / Sales Performance Executive to cover maternity in one of its core divisions.

The responsibilities of the Sales Support / Sales Performance Executive will be:

• Managing monthly & weekly reporting on performance, ensuring all reports are compiled on a timely and accurate basis.

• Responsible for setting up new and maintaining existing accounts

• Liaise and work closely with response client manager to ensure that customer services deliver highest standards of customer service

• Training manual procedures are kept up to date for the call centre team.

• Manage escalated customer service issues on an ad-hoc basis

• Work with marketing to ensure quality of product

• Deliver new marketing features to trade

• Attend exhibitions and conferences

The skills required for the Sales Support / Sales Performance Executive are:

• Essential to have at least 2-3 years travel industry experience

• Graduated to degree level or equivalent

• IT literate especially in ms word and excel

• Possess strong numerical skills

• Good communicator and interpersonal skills
