An exciting position for a Corporate Account Manager has arisen with a dynamic business travel agency based in London. They are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated account manager to service five accounts from £500K upwards including client servicing and to increase their sales spend.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Account Manager are:

  • To service and look after five corporate client accounts from 500k upwards
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
  • Liaise with appropriate departments internally to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information

Requirements for the corporate account manager are:

  • Must have minimum of three years’ experience within corporate travel, hotels or airline background
  • Must have experience dealing with client facing at a high level
  • Excellent experience with client servicing, client sales and portfolio management
  • A proven track record in managing and directing clients who spend in excess of £0.5m p.a
