Expanding and reputable travel company are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to be responsible for the company's desktops, servers, networking equipment, travel software applications and computer peripherals.

The responsibilities of the ICT Infrastructure Manager are as follows:

• Working closely with internal customers to understand their needs, developing effective working relationships• 1st to 3rd line support issues• Responsible for a team of direct reports from a day to day perspective including performance appraisals and personal development plans• Management of operational systems, ensuring maximum availability to meet the business needs• Keep abreast of industry developments and new technologies• To communicate technical issues and designs with stake holders and management

The skills required for the ICT infrastructure Manager are as follows:

• Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutions and strong knowledge of VMware vSphere technologies.• Experience in active directory disaster recovery• Group policies implementation and design and troubleshooting• Security and administration• Networking knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, WNS, routing etc• Vsphere, VCentre Operations, VCloud Director• MCTS / MCITP qualification desiranle• Good knowledge of travel applications Sabre, Galileo, KDS, Cliqbook etc
