Systems Support Co-ordinator is required by a large travel company to support the company’s staff and network including LAN system, Windows Operating System, MS office and Galileo, Sabre and PSP.

The responsibilities of the Systems Support Co-ordinator are as follows:

• Responsible for the monitoring of several systems across multiple offices• Support desktop, antivirus, Active directory and Exchange.• Support travel applications Galileo, Sabre and PSP• Monitor and Support Windows Server  and windows operating systems• Responsible for distribution of new software either manually or using various methods of remote software• Ordering hardware and software as required• Travelling to offices throughout the UK to assist in onsite support, office moves and new user setup.

The skills required for the systems support co-ordinator are as follows:

• Good knowledge of MS office, Adobe Acrobat, Sophos AV, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 & 2008R• Good knowledge of Galileo and/or Sabre• Good communication skills• Possess a methodical and logical mind• Take ownership and responsibility of problems to persevere to resolution.
