My client is a global online and offline travel management company with a reputation for outstanding products, services and solutions. They are looking for a technologies team leader who has excellent knowledge of Cliqbook.

The responsibilities of the senior technologies team leader will support the Global Technology Manager, and the Travel Technology Team in the delivery of key client initiatives including:

• Supporting the client Online team to deliver the agreed business plans• Support the ownership and management of  the relationship with Cliqbook on behalf of client• Proactively drive continuous improvements in the performance functionality of the booking tool• Assist with the definition of system requirements and alignment of release planning• Assist in the development and implementation of a standard suite of online technology solutions &  relevant processes, supported by measurable performance metrics• Manage the Technical Online team to deliver a best in class Online booking tool and process• Ensure total Helpdesk user support• Identify gaps and harmonise processes between the traditional operations and online functionality as it relates to steering of policy and procedures• Make recommendations to the client team through detailed analysis which will assist in the development of the programme, and will enable improved process design and automation• Manage project plans and drive project completion• Contribute to specific SLA targets to ensure that they are met and sustained

The skills required for the Senior Technologies Team Leader are as follows:

• Excellent knowledge of Online Booking Systems (cliqbook), GDS and global travel operations.• Highly developed Project & Change management skills.• Strong analytical thinker combined with written and verbal communication skills.• Proven experience relating to the creation and delivery of business process strategies for large global clients• Experience of strong supplier management and an ability to drive results• Demonstrated ability to work successfully across cultures and regions• Confident approach to presentations, client & internal meetings• Expert leader with the capability of building & developing talent in the client team• Technical leadership• To contribute to all areas on the account connected to client systems and technical
