Due to company expansion this excellent business travel company is looking for Senior business travel consultants to join its team.

The responsibilities of the Senior business travel consultant will be to service its business travel clients by providing travel itineraries to European and long haul destinations whilst offering the utmost customer service. The role will require the Senior business travel consultant to use their knowledge and experience to offer flights, hotel, rail and transfers to destinations worldwide and their computer skills to book through a CRS quickly and effectively. You will follow client profiles in order to provide the best matches for each client. He/she will assist the clients with changes and cancellations of bookings and assist with advice on passport and visas requirements. It will be vital to act promptly and efficiently at all times.

The successful applicant will require having at least 2 years experience of working in business travel using Sabre or one of the other GDS's (Galileo, Worldspan or Amadeus). You will need to have good knowledge of fares and ticketing being able to understand net and publish fares in order to provide correct information to clients. He/she will possess excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure no mistakes are made. You will build rapport with clients and assist colleagues and become an integral part of the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a great account with an excellent salary and benefits.
