 A leading Events organisation specialising in international events incorporating pharmaceutical and HealthCare industries is looking for an Events Account Director.

The Events Account Director will need outstanding operational knowledge including start to finish management of large complicated international events from venue finding to delegate management to technical production to on-site delivery.

He/she will need to have extensive experience in operating within the international pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of the latest healthcare compliance guidelines.

The Events Account Director will need strong commercial awareness, within accounts and the wider events industry, leading to the generation of new business and increased sales. 

He/she will need a proven track record of pitching, proposing and presenting, including work on RFIs and RFPs. They will need an in-depth understanding of procurement's role in purchasing event services.

The Events Account Director will need to be experienced in managing and motivating a team both on project level and as a line manager. A willingness to lead by example and a passion for being one step ahead of the game with a fast approach to problem solving.

You will also need a passion for innovation, striving to implement best practice at every stage of event execution.
