Top Event Agency is looking for an Event Co-ordinator to join their Operations team. Over the past 20 years, the company has grown considerably and established itself as one of the UK's leading event management, conference placement, venue finding and accommodation sourcing companies.

The Event Co-ordinator will reserve the accommodation and meeting facilities negotiating on the client's behalf with the specific venue to achieve the best rates and commission currently available at that time.

You will be supporting the Client Manager in all aspects of the events/conferences and liaising directly between our clients and the venues. You will co-ordinate venue visits for the client and where necessary arrange for your Client Manager or yourself to accompany them.

In addition build and maintain an up to date profile of key bookers/clients via regular contact and catch up calls for each account/contract and ensure actions are up-to-date at all times.

The successful Event Co-ordinator will have excellent administration skills with hospitality background and be able to deliver exceptional service to our clients. He/she will respond and action client complaints as they occur in-line with the company's and IS09001 procedures and report all complaints to the client manager.
