Our client is the No.1 provider of bespoke training, meeting & conferences solutions who offer sites with 50 to 180 bedrooms and up to 51 meeting rooms set in acres of grounds and in great locations including modern management centres to grand Victorian & Georgian manor houses.
As a Sales Executive you will be joining their events and conference team to convert new enquiries, co-ordinate the venue diaries, build client relationships and maximise revenue growth by proactively identifying new leads from existing and potential clients.
You will maintain the Delphi group database and ensure all information is taken to support the Events team when receiving the client onsite. You may also proactively support the Sales Managers in show rounds and client visits.
The successful Sales Executive with have a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality and conference industry in delivering service with a smile. Sales driven, you will be working in a busy environment which requires consistent customer service, attention to detail, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
Ideally you will have experience of working with Delphi Database, from a conference, hotel or hospitality background. He/she must be very organised as diary management is important.
