Our client is one of the largest Conference and Event agencies in the UK with a broad client base, organising events and booking conferences and venues all over the world is looking for an Events Co-ordinator.

The responsibilities of the Event Co-ordinator in this rewarding role will be interpreting brief’s from a client, finding a suitable venue, challenging client’s and suppliers in order to deliver the perfect solution for every event!

You will lead the client confidently and knowledgably with solutions for their meetings and events and ensure that their expectations are exceeded every time they call. The successful event co-ordinator will regularly meet deadlines, think of solutions.

You will have previously worked in a customer service environment, hotel, travel agency or in the corporate hospitality industry. Due to my client arranging events overseas fluency in a second European language would be preferable.

You will combine that with the chance to investigate a variety of hotels and conference venues worldwide. If you have great attention to detail, excellent PC skills, international venue & destination knowledge, along with a passion to deliver, then this is an excellent opportunity to work for a great company.
