Our Client, a leading provider of technology to the corporate travel market and are looking for a Client Manager to join their expanding team.

The Client Manager has a number of different functions within the operations team, and is expected to work closely with the Account Management team to deliver the right amount of service to their clients.

They are looking for a candidate who is able to handle the following areas:

  • Ensure follow-up on technical outstanding issues
  • Ensure regular reviews to ensure the good usage of their solution
  • Manage clients requirements for enhancements
  • Pilot enhancement projects.
  • Provide training to use and configure their solution.

You must have the ability to work in a complex environment, capable to resolve the problems your clients are facing. You also must be service oriented and are used to demanding customers and know how to manage clients in difficult situations.

GDS and/or Business travel experience is a key requirement here + experience of supporting  online booking tools such as GetThere, KDS, e-Travel, Cliqbook or expense management systems.
