The following two days will be split into four content streams, two of which have already been confirmed.
NBTA Europe will invite speakers from other industries to speak to delegates as part of the Stimulus Stream.
While the European 100 Stream has been established to allow buyers from Europe's top 100 businesses to share best practice in a private environment.
A mini-MBA programme run by Wharton business school will also take place from September 8 - 10, though it will only be available to a maximum of 20 delegates.
Caroline Strachan, chairman of the NBTA Europe advisory board, said: "We want to make this conference as stimulating and challenging as possible for delegates. We are considering every element to create something fresh for Europe. Our focus is on producing a professional, buyer-focused and value-driven event."
