Hughes takes top Qatar job in the Americas
Tony Hughes, former president and ceo of Radius Travel, has joined Qatar Airways as its new head of operations in the Americas.
Mr Hughes will be based in Washington for in his new post for the Qatar-based carrier.
He resigned from Radius, a worldwide consortium of travel agencies, after six years as its ceo last December.
He previously worked in the UK for P&O Business Travel, Thomas Cook and Hogg Robinson.
