Old Company: Sabre Travel Network
Sabre appoints Jones as Travelocity ceo
Hugh Jones has been named ceo and president of Travelocity Global by parent company Sabre Holdings.
Mr Jones has more than 20 years' experience within the travel industry, most recently serving as coo of Sabre Travel Network and Sabre Airline Solutions.
Prior to this Mr Jones was senior vp, North America for Sabre Travel Network responsible for sales, account management and customer service and support.
Mr Jones succeeds Michelle Peluso who will leave the company on February 6.
Travelocity owns and operates Travelocity Business, a service aimed at corporate travellers.
