Robert Antoniuk
Antoniuk rejoins oneworld as vp customer experience
Robert Antoniuk has rejoined the oneworld Management Company (oMC) as vp customer experience and airports, after four years with Cathay Pacific.
While at Cathay Pacific, a founding member of the oneworld alliance, Mr Antoniuk served as airport services manager Vancouver.
In his new capacity, Mr Antoniuk will lead the development and delivery of oneworld's customer experience and oversee the co-ordination of alliance airport projects.
Mr Antoniuk first joined oneworld in 2001 as manager, brand performance and development, and then as director customer experience and airports.
Based at oneworld's Vancouver head office, Mr Antoniuk will report to managing partner John McCulloch.
Mr Antoniuk succeeds Ken Gilbert who returns to American Airlines after a four year secondment.
