Heathrow Express names new MD
Heathrow Express has appointed Richard Robinson as managing director.
Mr Robinson joins the London to Heathrow train operator from tickex, an internet technology company where he was chief executive.
Before joining tickex, Mr Robinson was operations director for a UK subsidiary of Anglo-American and a chemical engineer at ICI Acrylics.
Mr Robinson said he hoped to build on Heathrow Express' e-ticketing initiatives and other services.
Heathrow Express and Gatwick Express are members of the Airport Express alliance.
