New Company: Travelport GDS
Old Company: Amadeus
Mills switches to Travelport
Julian Mills is leaving Amadeus to take up the post with Travelport GDS's global accounts and corporate development team.
He starts his new job on December 1 and will report to Sandra McLeod, senior vp global accounts and strategic corporate development.
Mr Mills joined Amadeus in 2006 and worked as its director of sales.
He has 18 years' experience in the travel industry and before joining Amadeus he was the UK country manager for Worldspan, also a GDS and now part of Travelport GDS.
Amadeus said its new managing director for the UK Tim Russell will take over direct responsibility for the company's sales team.
