RF picks new sales director for Brown's Hotel

The Rocco Forte Collection's Brown's Hotel in London has appointed Friedereke Lockau as director of sales and marketing.

Originally from Berlin, she joins the West End hotel from the Four Seasons Hotel Prague, where she  held a similar position for past three years.

During her nine years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts she also worked in Berlin, New York and Dublin.

Laurent Vannier and Nicholas Sievwright will be joining Ms Lockau on the sales team.

Brown's has also named its new food and beverage operations manager, Dominic Thomas.

He was previously the assistant food and beverage manager at The Grove in Hertfordshire, and in his new role will oversee The Albemarle, The English Tea Room, The Donovan Bar and the hotel's six private dining rooms.

From the existing staff at Brown's Peter Neto has been promoted to rooms division manager from front of house manager.

He joined Brown's Hotel in 2007 from the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain.
