Samantha Steckbeck
Samantha Steckbeck has been appointed as the new Vice President of Leisure Sales in the Americas.
Ms Steckbeck, who is based in New York, is in charge of the group's relationship with industry trade partners, such as tour operators and travel consortiums including Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network and American Express Travel.
She will be focusing on a sales strategy that encompasses Oberoi hotels, resorts and cruisers in India, Egypt, Mauritius and Indonesia
Ms Steckbeck has been working in the travel industry for more than fifteen years. She joins The Oberoi Group Orient-Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises, where she was director of sales - retail accounts, North America.
Before joining Orient-Express Hotels in 2003, Ms Steckbeck was the manager of worldwide sales - corporate and travel industry for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Chicago and Los Angeles
