Ken McCall has taken over from Mark Cotterill as managing director for Europcar in the UK.
McCall, who replaced Mark Cotterill, was previously CEO at DHL Express Uk and Ireland and TNT.
In his new role at Europcar, he will focus on market leadership and customer experience, as well as dealing with innovations of new products and services and driving the global growth of the brand.

very disapointed with the handling side of car damage. When i returned the car on the 29.06.2011 the controller found that front left side tyre little damage and rear bumper reflector damaged (not brake light) . he advised me that will be controlled by fleet manager . he also said that they will contact me soonest for price of the damage .Up to this very moment after many phone calls to one of ur managers at phone number 07769234194 who said always he would send by email to me all info of payment. no reply. Therefore Europcar not using my card for payment ,my card is blocked. So i was unable to use it for other Europcar rentals in Italy.I had the same problem in Hotels as i am a Travel Agent. Awating for your soonest reply, bearing in mind that i need Europcar and Hotel booking for August 14th. Best regards Peter for your information rental agreement n. 129800203 /23 June 2011
