Sparrow has been appointed vice-president of sales at Kempinski Hotels. He was previously director of sales and marketing at Jumeirah hotels and resorts. Sparrow has 25 years of sales experience. He started his career as a graduate trainee at Crest Hotels, before joining the Hyatt group, where he had various sales roles including regional director of global sales.
