Avis UK's Sales team has announced an internal reorganisation to provide even greater focus and energy on managing and growing its corporate customer base in 2010 and beyond.
On the back of 2009 where Avis saw double-digit corporate business growth Sales Director, Anthony Ainsworth, is implementing a new account development and business development structure for his expanding UK sales team.
The new Account Development Team under Ollie Woodmansee will manage all aspects of the Avis corporate customer experience and be supported by a new internal Account Services Team to manage the day to day contact with customers and Account Managers.
The Business Development team will build relationships with new companies from SMEs to large corporates across all B2B segments. The team will be headed by Roger Evans, who previously managed the leasing, replacement and specialist account teams within Avis UK.
Lisa Eastwood and her Business Travel team will continue to manage relationships with Travel Management Companies in the UK.
"Our appetite for growth and our strong service-led proposition in 2009 helped our corporate business grow. This further investment in people will deepen our customer relationships and deliver further growth in 2010." explained Anthony Ainsworth.
